However, we want every customer to enjoy the moment of discovery.

No Beautiful Crystals? We’ll Make It Right.

If you open your MysteryRock and the inside does not contain beautiful crystals as promised, or if the geode turns out to be mostly solid with little to no crystal formation, simply contact us.

We will send you a replacement geode completely free of charge.

No complicated process.

Returns

Because MysteryRocks are sealed natural stones that are meant to be opened, we cannot accept returns for geodes that have already been cracked open.

However, you may request a return if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The product is unused and unopened
  

In these cases, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.
