Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins selecting geodes from our inventory. We carefully choose stones with the highest chance of revealing beautiful crystals inside.
This selection process helps ensure that your MysteryRock has the best possible surprise waiting inside.
Processing time typically takes 1–2 days.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and packed, it will be shipped to your address.
Estimated delivery time:
- Europe: 4–6 days
- United States: 4–6 days
- Canada: 4-6 days
- Rest of world: 6–10 days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package.
Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery of your MysteryRock.
